As part of this service, he will call to discuss your requirements or make a prior visit if neccessary, offering advice on interior design and how to prepare your home for viewings, and to maximise the chances of selling and realising your optimum price.

Ella Homes will use these images to create a bespoke brochure that shows the house in its best possible light also incorporating professional floor plans, ordnance survey maps where necessary, and extensive local and worldwide marketing. Aerial photography is also an option.
